A. We will provide you with a web link just for your credit union. All you need to do is put this link on your web site wherever you'd like your members and/or MSRs to be able to access the switch kit.

A. Yes. We will duplicate your site's design to the best of our abilities. Most people would never know they weren't still on your credit union's web site. See the example below of how smoothly it fits into a CommonWealth One FCU's website design:
A. It's far more trouble and expense than it's worth. By hosting it ourselves, all that is required on your end is to create a link on your web site. We have some cool code behind the scenes making it look much easier than it really is. It's just not worth it for us to figure out how to make it all work on your servers.
A. . Simply notify us when your CU's site design has been changed. We will require a $95 (USD) fee to then make the changes on our end. Your new Online Switch Kit will be ready within 3-5 business days once you inform us and are ready for us to copy your new design.

A. It's our highest priority that your members' personal information always stays secure. We have a secure certificate from Thawte and we feature 128-bit encryption on our secure server. At no point in the process is the members' information ever stored on a server.

A. Absolutely. Our switch kit was expressly designed with MSRs / Call Centers in mind. In fact, most switch kit completions are probably performed when a member is sitting with an MSR.
